1. Who we are
The data controller is Dubase, a registered brand in the United Arab Emirates operating under trade licence No. 1599093. For anything in this policy, reach us through the contact form.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: the name, email address, phone number and message you send us when you ask for a quote or information.
- Technical data: our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes connection data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
- Consent choice: your cookie decision is stored in your own browser (local storage key db_consent_v1) — see the Cookie Policy.
- Analytics: only if you accept optional cookies, aggregated usage data via Google Analytics 4 — never before consent.
3. What we use it for
- Answering your enquiry and preparing the written plan you requested.
- Providing the services you engage us for — formation, visas, accounting, tax and compliance filings.
- Keeping the site secure and understanding, in aggregate, how it is used (only with consent).
- Meeting legal obligations, including UAE record-keeping rules for engaged services.
4. Legal bases
We process data to take the steps you request before and during an engagement, on the basis of your consent for optional analytics and embedded maps, for our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site, and to comply with legal obligations that apply to our services.
5. Who receives your data
- Infrastructure: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, security and email routing for the contact form).
- Google: only after consent, for analytics and embedded maps.
- Authorities: only where an engaged service requires filings with UAE authorities, as part of that service.
We do not sell personal data, and we use no advertising or retargeting pixels.
6. International transfers
The site is delivered over a global content-delivery network, so technical data may be processed outside your country under the provider’s safeguards.
7. How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them. Records of engaged services are kept for the periods UAE law requires — for example, corporate tax records for seven years.
8. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Use the contact form for any of these; to reset your cookie choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and reload.
9. Security
The site is served over encrypted connections, protected by Cloudflare’s security layer, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who handle it.
10. Changes
When this policy changes, the current version is published here with its date. Material changes affecting consent are re-requested, not assumed.
